António Subtil
Professor and lawyer registered with the Portuguese Bar Association since 1989. He was President of the Lisbon District Council of the Portuguese Bar Association (2005-2007) and Member of the Justice Advisory Council of the Ministry of Justice (2002). He specializes in Public Litigation and Arbitration, Real Estate Law, Investment Projects and Vehicles, General Litigation, Corporate Governance and Business Revitalization. With a degree in Law from the University of Lisbon, he has a Post-Graduation in Lease Law and a PhD in Legal Sciences from the Autonomous University of Lisbon. Recognized professor and speaker, he has several publications in the legal area and extensive experience as a trainer and arbitrator in several arbitrations.
