We promote national production through specialized technical support and sustainably source high quality raw materials. “Because our agriculture deserves the best”, we place all our trust in the Angolan producer and we are committed to being the driving force in the development and implementation of sustainable agriculture in Angola.
Through studies and partnerships with national and international institutions, we analyze the dynamics of the national and international market, understand the internal production capacity with the aim of eliminating dependence on imports to supply our factories.
With the main focus on national agricultural communities, all this work is done by an experienced team committed to results, currently composed of 1,326 employees, of which 6 are agronomists and 250 agricultural technicians, whose main areas of activity are Family Farming and Large-Scale Farming.
Currently, we are present in Malanje, Benguela, Bié, Huambo, Huíla and Kwanza-sul, for a total of 51 municipalities and 175 communes, with a primary focus on corn, beans, soybeans, wheat, rice and cotton crops. By the end of 2024, we expect to harvest 367 thousand tons of cereals produced by Family Farming and Large-Scale farmers.
Little by little, we are taking the first step in repositioning the country in the international agricultural landscape and we count on the Angolan people to walk hand in hand in order to make Angola great again.

As a project of excellence, and respecting the highest business standards, we carry out an exhaustive socio-economic survey with the producers, in order to obtain fundamental data for the success of the operation, such as its characteristics, crops already produced, techniques used, size of the production area, productivity and income obtained, among others.
Currently, we train and assist more than 160,000 family farmers through our Agricultural Development Program who, so far, have cultivated 90,000 hectares of various products in the six provinces of the country in which we are present.
Among the entire cultivated area, corn is the product that occupies the largest portion of the cultivated area, followed by beans. Cotton, rice, soybeans and chickpeas account for an increasing percentage of the planted area, which shows the growing uptake of these crops hitherto little exploited by local farmers.

By adopting a global agricultural strategy, we also propose to guarantee support not only for private companies, but also for medium and large producers.
Today, we work with 64 Large-Scale farms that make up a total of 31,000 hectares sown with rice, beans, corn, sunflower and soybeans. As in family farming, corn occupies the first place on the podium, as the most cultivated product, followed by soybeans.

We guarantee all our partners the best support throughout the entire process, that is, from land preparation to the disposal and sale of all production.
Leaders in the design and development of programs within the scope of production processes, aimed at highly profitable and productive results, in addition to standing out as a precursor of several strategic partnerships, we also have the project for the breeding of cattle, pigs, goats, poultry and egg production.
We take advantage of the by-products of our factories, such as bran, corn and broken rice, to produce customized feed according to the breed and growth stage of each animal. In this way, our producers deliver a final product that meets the highest quality standards required in the markets.
With the full operation of the Meat Factory, we expect to ship up to 40 tons per day of beef and pork to supply the national market.
